We got our first snow yesterday! It didn't last long, as our temps here in the DC area have been unseasonably high, and the kids were disappointed again.
There is a possible "real" snowstorm on the forecast for next weekend, so we'll see. In the meantime, we're cooking our favorite soups and stews during these winter months.
