Night Market is returning to Valorant, bringing premium skins at a steep disount.
Valorant has pricy in-game cosmetics that can cost hundreds for a full arsenal. The expensive guns aren't affordable for all players. Still, skin collectors make a point of buying extravagant weapons. In 2020, Riot introduced a way for all players to enjoy cosmetics through the Night Market. The digital pop-up store brings skins at a cut price every other month.
This act's Night Market is on the way, and it'd be packed with exciting bundles.
Night Market for Valorant Episode 5 Act 2 begins on September 28 and will end on October 11.
On September 28, players should look for a new tab on their main Valorant menu. The Night Market tab will bring six hidden slots that will reveal unveil two premium and four randomized skin items. These guns will be sold at lower prices with discounts ranging from 10% to 50%. Players only receive one set of offers per Night Market, and each set is only available for a limited time.
Night Market brings unbelievably cheap skins, but it still follows some rules. The thrift store only features skins from Valorant's deluxe, select, and premium collections. This means players shouldn't expect an Elderflame weapon to appear in their Night Market. Ultra and exclusive tiers are exempted from the thrift store collection.
Fortunately, the most desired Valorant skins belong to the premium tier, and Riot Games ensures that there are at least two such cosmetics that appear for all. Still, it's an excellent opportunity to add some color to your inventory.
Besides that, not all premium bundles appear in the store. For a weapon to be eligible for the Night Market, it must be at least two acts old. For example, the Reaver 2.0 bundle was rolled out in Valorant Episode 5 Act 1, so it won't appear in act 2 Night Market but may appear in the inventories of some players in act 3.
Still, the upcoming store will bring highly sought-after guns. In the previous acts, Riot Games has rolled out lavish collections like Gaia's Vengeance, Neptune, Xenohunter, Radiant Crisis, and more. All of these are popular guns with distinctive sound elements, so players may want to start preparing their wallets.
