Last minute: In a Zoom chat with Page Six that was published on Friday, Selma revealed with Sasha at her side that she had agreed to do Dancing With The Stars just 'four or five days' before the entire cast was revealed

Selma Blair looked ready for action on Friday when she was spotted making her way to rehearsals for Dancing With The Stars.

The 50-year-old actress - who is trying her hand at the competition despite mobility issues from multiple sclerosis and having no dancing experience - looked fit in an all-black athletic ensemble while walking with her service dog on a leash.

By her side was the Australian-American dance pro Sasha Farber, who will be her partner on the series.

Selma showed off her trim arms thanks to her black leotard, which she wore tucked into her tight black leggings.

The Storytelling star complemented her look with green, white and black trainers.

She swept her short platinum blond hair back to highlight her stylish aviator sunglasses, and she added some sparkle to her look with a silver luxury wristwatch.

The actress also carried a white paper bag on her arm while hold her dog's leash in the other.

Sasha matched her in all black by wearing a button-up shirt that had several buttons undone, revealing his chiseled chest.

He also wore slim black jeans and black trainers, along with cool round-frame sunglasses.

In a Zoom chat with Page Six that was published on Friday, Selma revealed with Sasha at her side that she had agreed to do Dancing With The Stars just 'four or five days' before the entire cast was revealed.

She admitted that she was 'terrified' to commit to the program. Although she worried about competing after her MS diagnosis, one of her biggest concerns was simply that she has no formal experience on the dance floor.

'There was terror and nerves because I don't have experience dancing, like, with steps. I can pose like a dancer for maybe two seconds,' she said. 'But once I decided and convinced my team that I could do this, that it wasn't going to be too dangerous for me, that I could do this, [it was OK]. We do these things we want to find joy in. And then I'm all in.'

Selma, who recently referred to the cane she sometimes uses as her 'dance partner,' told the publication that Sasha became an essential support for her.

'You know, once I actually stood with Sasha and really realized like, "Oh, he can help me in general," and I am so excited for camaraderie, for support for people,' she admitted, adding, 'I did not realize how much I missed that.'

Although she may not have tried her hand at serious dancing before, earlier this week, Selma told Harper's Bazaar that she found new confidence after realizing her cane could help with her mobility issues.

'Movement has been so important to me my whole life. I was a gymnast. I always wanted to be a dancer, but I never had any talent, never even took a lesson, and then to have my movement compromised...' she mused.

'But then I found the cane and realized how much I could work around it and how much coordination I still had, despite certain glitches. That freed me up so much,' she added.
