Selling Sunset's Jason Oppenheim has recalled the difficulty in keeping his romance with Chrishell Stause a secret.
The pair broke up last Christmastime but remain close friends, and during his recent chat with People, Jason shared: "We kept that private for a while, but we were so careful. And that was so difficult. I didn't want to go through that again."
He's now in the early stages of a relationship with French model Marie-Lou Nurk - outed by paparazzi when they kissed in Greece this summer.

"I suppose if we were being very careful, we just never would've kissed in public. But I certainly wasn't thinking that we would get caught - and on some Greek island in a parking lot, too," he said of the situation.
Further along, The Oppenheim Group's founder and president admitted he was "really happy" with Chrishell throughout their whirlwind romance.
"I don't want to dismiss that relationship," he said. "But yeah, I'm just very happy right now. Chrishell and I are in a really good place, and she wants me happy. I want her happy. I think we're both in love and happy for each other."
His ex is currently with Aussie musician G Flip.

Originally announcing her and Jason's split on Instagram, the Days of Our Lives star wrote to her followers: "Other than our ideas for family ultimately not being aligned, the amount of respect and love we have for each other will not change going forward.
"Men have the luxury of time that women don't and that's just the way it goes."
