Veronica Rodriguez's new look in the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off 90 Day: The Single Life promo is being criticized by fans. Viewers first met Veronica in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 3, in which she starred as a supporting cast member in her best friend Tim Malcolm and his then-girlfriend Jeniffer Tarazona's love story. While Tim was moving to Colombia for Jeniffer, his ex-fiancé of eight years Veronica was still very much a part of his life while they continued to co-parent her daughter Chloe. Tim and Jeniffer broke up by the end of the season, but fans loved his pairing with Veronica enough for TLC to cast them on other spin-offs.
Tim and Veronica's fun banter on Pillow Talk has earned them a spot as one of the best-loved commentators on the show. The fan favorites met in a bar when Tim was 28 years old and Veronica was 23. Tim stepped in as a father figure to Veronica's daughter Chloe, who was then a year and a half old. Veronica and Tim split sometime in 2015 and while Tim is now seemingly dating a woman called Linda Ramirez, Veronica will be trying to find a boyfriend on The Single Life season 3. Fans who've fallen in love with Veronica's personality because of Pillow Talk are excited for her to finally star in her own storyline.

However, Reddit user u/yourrainbow recently shared a screenshot of a Discovery+ app promo for The Single Life, and Veronica's new look hasn't impressed everyone. "The graphics dept sure didn't do Veronica any favors," wrote u/AraSevera, who didn't fail to mention that they think Veronica is otherwise the "most naturally attractive" out the season 3 cast, which also features Tania Maduro, Natalie Mordovtseva, and Tiffany Franco Smith post her weight loss transformation. "100%. My first thought was 'why did they do Veronica like that?'" wrote u/Affectionate_Buy_6. Some fans admitted that they didn't even realize it was Veronica when they first saw the pic.
"I'm scared that Single Life is going to ruin Veronica for me," commented u/Adventurous_Rest68. Some fans asked why Veronica was cast on The Single Life if she was never a part of the franchise's original couples. But it also seems like Veronica is the only reason why some fans will be streaming season 3 in the first place. Natalie and Tania haven't really been fan favorites from the start for many viewers. But then again, fans might need to wait until the first episode airs on September 12 to really find out if The Single Life season 3 will be worth watching.
While the synopsis of episode 1 of the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off doesn't feature Veronica's name, episode 2 called "Make Me A Match" does. It says that Veronica goes on a first date that ends on an awkward note. Veronica has always faced issues finding a man who will accept her ex-boyfriend-turned bestie. And on The Single Life, Veronica will be entering the dating world after many years. Veronica's biggest fear is that she might end up alone and have no one except her cats with her in the end. But, fans are hoping that their favorite 90 Day Fiancé star Veronica won't be single when the show ends.
