There has been some talk of a cast shake-up in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but fans don't think Kyle Richards will ever get fired. Kyle has been an original castmate since RHOBH season 1 and has been the only one to withstand all twelve consecutive seasons so far. Many fans believe that after Lisa Vanderpump left during RHOBH season 9, Kyle positioned herself as the main star. Since Lisa's departure, Kyle has not had a relevant storyline on RHOBH but has propelled her castmates' drama while keeping her hands clean.
RHOBH fans have noticed Kyle choosing favorites and allowing those close to her to get away with bad behavior while calling out other women like Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais. Viewers were finally fed up with Kyle's behavior when she kept blindly defending Erika Jayne. After the Pretty Mess star cursed out Garcelle's 14-year-old son Jax Nilon, Kyle laughed about the incident with her fellow RHOBH castmate Dorit Kemsley. Kyle defended herself by saying she thought Erika deserved to let loose after a horrible couple of years, but RHOBH fans did not let her off the hook as easily.

Many demanded that Bravo fire Kyle, along with her clique of Dorit, Erika, and Lisa Rinna. However, Reddit user u/realitytvfanaticx proposed, "My theory on the reason Bravo won't fire Kyle from RHOBH.I think the only reason Kyle has lasted on BH for this long is because she's one of the only housewives who regularly hosts trips at luxury properties/locations." The Reddit user brought up how Kyle's husband Mauricio Umansky owns The Agency, a real estate company that provides luxurious trip locations for the ladies. However, some Reddit users pointed out that other housewives host trips as well, but many agreed that Kyle has a big advantage by having various locations she could use that Bravo doesn't have to pay for.
Other RHOBH fans believe that Kyle will never get fired since she's essentially a producer of the show. Viewers have noticed that Kyle manipulates scenes to create drama while keeping the spotlight off of her. During a recent RHOBH season 12 episode, Kyle stirred the pot by bringing up a previous fight between Lisa and Sutton. The two housewives started fighting loudly during Dorit's charity dinner, much to the dismay of the guests. Kyle's staying power in RHOBH is impressive, and it looks like she isn't going anywhere. Although her lack of storyline puts her at risk of being fired, she has been the glue of the group since the beginning. Many fans want to see her on RHOBH without her Fox Force Five clique and wonder if she'll be more likable without Lisa, Erika, and Dorit. Their treatment of Sutton, Garcelle, and Crystal Kung Minkoff has earned them villain status with fans, and Kyle may need to rethink her role on RHOBH.
