In TV, cartoon villains have incredibly unique personalities, often varying from one extreme to another. Many people may relate to a cartoon villain, and that relatability becomes even stronger once zodiacs are brought into the equation. Cartoon villains can fit into the zodiac signs neatly, giving further insight into the darker aspects of these well-established personality types.
Aries are known for being ambitious, daring, and authoritative. Given Azula's drive to be Fire Lord, to be her father's favorite child, and to conquer the world, she seems like the perfect Aries.
As the quintessential fire sign, Aries also fits nicely into Azula's incredible fire-bending skills. Overall, Aries signs are defined by their desperate need to win, whether it be a battle, a game, or something that doesn't even need to be won. In The Last Airbender, Azula's entire personality rests on winning, making her the perfect example of an Aries.
Catra is a textbook Taurus because she's stubborn and possessive. Catra's Taurus traits are often what lead her into villainy. She-Ra and the Princesses of Power is centered on Catra and Adora's relationship, and it's Catra's possessiveness over She-Ra and her stubborn refusal to switch sides that push her into the position of antagonist.
She-Ra's sudden betrayal of The Horde is a large factor in Catra's aggression. Tauruses hate sudden change, and She-Ra's change of heart was anything but gradual.
Geminis are often characterized as playful, inquisitive, and sometimes two-faced. These are three qualities that Gravity Fall's Bill Cipher has in droves. Bill is a demon, but he behaves more like a poltergeist. He plays tricks and finds joy in the results of his games. He is also quick to flip between two sides: playful and frightening.

Geminis are also deeply invested in change. Bill's goals are based entirely on transformation: he plans to bring the town of Gravity Falls together with the demon world, making something entirely new.
Known for their love of safety and domesticity, Cancer is the perfect placement for The Beast. As the villain of Over the Garden Wall, The Beast is always promising safety. He lures in his victims with the temptation of comfort and rest.
Cancers are also deeply in tune with others' emotions, which enables them to connect to people very quickly. The Beast can easily sense who might be vulnerable or desperate enough to fall for his song. He twists an ability that's typically used for friendship to ensnare victims, making him a deadly foe.
Leos are famous for their self-confidence, but they can often be called arrogant. HIM from The Powerpuff Girls is an excellent example of the latter. He is incredibly vain, flamboyant, and eager to have everyone's attention.
Leos are also known for their leadership and their charisma. Like a good leader, HIM has a top role in the demonic underworld. However, he gets angry after being knocked down a peg when the Powerpuff Girls defeat him. HIM is quite dramatic, whether it be about his victories, losses, or the way he dresses. As Leos are also often dramatic, HIM embodies the sign.
Virgos are known for their closed-off heart, as they're reluctant to let others in. Plankton, for all his evil plans, is much the same. While Plankton treats his wife with a tenderness that could rival Mr. Krabs' love for money, he's often cruel, cold, and furious toward SpongeBob SquarePants.

Virgos are also incredibly practical, preferring everything to happen just the way they want it to. Plankton is similar; whenever a plan fails, he overreacts. His home at the Chum Bucket reflects this as well, as it's clean, organized, and streamlined to suit Plankton's taste. If there ever was an evil Virgo, Plankton fits the bill perfectly.
Libras are level-headed, diplomatic, and people-pleasers, who are known for their ability to mirror others. These traits suit The Dragon Prince's Aaravos nicely in his manipulations of Viren.
Libras also rely heavily on relationships. Aaravos is incredibly reliant on Viren, as he cannot travel beyond the mirror he's trapped behind. Viren has to do everything involving the outside world for Aaravos, making their relationship the most important thing for Aaravos to maintain. It's by no means a healthy relationship, but its importance to Aaravos is still very Libra-esque.
Scorpios are best known for their passionate personalities. Scorpios can be obsessive, distrusting, and excitable, which describes Mr. Crocker's outbursts of passion in Fairly OddParents. Because he is obsessed with the idea of fairies, Mr. Crocker's passion often takes a turn for the worse.
Mr. Crocker is also invested in the truth, something that Scorpios are known for. Intrigued by the possible reality of fairy godparents, Mr. Crocker isn't afraid to do research and stoop low to find out what's going on.
Sagittarius signs are famous for their impatience, humor, and blunt honesty, which are things Kim Possible's Shego has in droves. Shego is very entertaining due to her keen sense of wit and her fearless conversations with Kim, Drakken, and anyone else involved in her schemes.

Shego can be surprisingly idealistic, another famous trait of the Sagittarius sign. Her ideals, while not necessarily moral, have her occasionally switching sides against Drakken. Despite Drakken's position as her boss, Shego is willing to betray him. She's just as independent as a Sagittarius.
The Lich from Adventure Time is one of the most frightening cartoon villains, and the qualities that make him so threatening also belong to the Capricorn sign. A master of self-control and intelligent to an alarming degree, The Lich easily becomes a significant threat to Finn and Jake.
The Lich makes plans very quickly and has no problem manipulating Finn and Jake into doing what he wants. Capricorns, known for their quick thinking and their ability to manage people, would likely do the same if they had the same drop of malevolence The Lich does.
Aquariuses are known for their inability to manage their emotions, their aloof attitudes, and their emotional attachment. Harley Quinn is just like an Aquarius, as her quirky personality is typical of the sign.
Aquarius signs are also known for their lack of prejudice, something that Harley falls in line with very easily. Harley can make friends with almost anyone she meets, and if not, she can charm everyone. This is why most of Harley's enemies are actually the Joker's. It's not often someone develops a personal grudge against Harley herself.
In Pokémon, Team Rocket often acts as one entity, and all three members are textbook Pisces. Fearful, reactive, and deeply emotional, Jessie, James, and Meowth all show their Pisces nature.
Pisces cannot plant both feet in reality, as one foot is always firmly within fantasy. Team Rocket is very much the same. Jesse and James are often describing plans that will never happen, and the plans the team does manage to enact are far-fetched and easily diverted. Despite their constant defeat, Team Rocket never seems to learn their lesson. This is very similar to a Pisces.
