TWIN CITIES, MN - The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for the Twin Cities metro area and most of central Minnesota Sunday night. Dakota, Ramsey, Hennepin, and Washington County are included in the watch.

The watch will be in effect until 12 a.m. Monday.

"Large hail, damaging winds, and locally heavy rainfall look to be the primary threats, though a tornado or two can`t be ruled out," the National Weather Service said.
