TEMECULA, CA - Crews were battling a brush fire Sunday afternoon in Temecula.
The blaze was reported at 2:14 p.m. in the 30900 block of Samantha Lane, according to Cal Fire and the Riverside County Fire Department. The fire, which has blackened about five acres, was burning in heavy vegetation in a creek bed.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
