Disney Springs has become the place to be when you aren't in the Disney theme parks. Offering world class dining, shopping and live entertainment it's hard to ignore this thriving area. When you are looking for something to eat in Walt Disney World, this is where you come. Craving fresh sushi? Maybe a slice of pizza straight out of NYC? Or a special date night spot? No matter what your dining need is, Disney Springs will fill it.

Let's take a look at a few offerings in Disney Springs, that are sure to please the foodie in you.

Located in the Towne Center area of Disney Springs you cannot miss this vibrant dining destination. Step inside the doors, and enter a world of entertainment and Hollywood memorabilia. A live DJ is mixing your favorite Pop and Disney tunes during your entire meal, he even takes requests, and hosts sing-a-longs. We had a few teens with us, and they were having the time of their lives.

The food is out of this world, be sure to start your meal with the sampler, where you will enjoy nachos, wings, spinach dip and their world famous Crunch Chicken! Of course you will need a drink to wash it all down, I say go for the margarita. For my main course I had the ribs and a baked potatoes, both perfectly cooked and decadent. Oh and save room for some amazing deserts, from milkshakes topped with slices of cake to a brownie sundae that feeds 10 I can assure you it's worth the calories.

Tip: If you have children with sensory issues, this may be a little over stimulating for them between the live music, and video screens.

Planet Hollywood Disney Springs- Best Dinner Spot with Teens

Located in The Landing you cannot miss the large paddle-boat sitting on Lake Buena Vista. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Disney, as I am a seafood lover, and Paddlefish knows how to do it right. We dined here for lunch, and were treated to a decadent tasting menu. I was happy to say not everyone in our group ate seafood, so more for me. My absolute favorite items were the Lobster Quacamole (made fresh table-side), the Lobster Roll (just like you get in Maine), and the Chicken Breast in Carolina Mop Sauce. I won't deny that I also had my fair share of fresh Tuna Poke and Lump Crab ceviche.

You can dine on everything here from a full seafood boil, to steaks and fresh fish. It is my number one date night choice in Disney Springs, as the views are gorgeous and the food is always superb.

Tip: Leave room for dessert, the Key Lime Pie is the best I have had outside Key West!

Located on the West Side, get ready to roll in and rock out at this vintage, retro-style bowling alley with a fresh spin on dining. Have you ever thought bowling and sushi go together? Well at Splitsville they do! I am a sucker for the Volcano Roll, spicy crab and sweet cream cheese make the perfect meal. Not a sushi lover, that's ok, there are salads, pizza and burgers as well. This is a great spot for kids, as it plays music, and is a overall fun environment. This is a great place to visit if you have a non-park day.

Tip: Splitsville is on the Disney Dining Plan, but you will need to pay extra for bowling.

Located in The Landing, Wine Bar George is a staple for great wine and small plates. We were delightfully surprised by this afternoon siesta if you will. We dined on large cheese boards, fried macaroni and cheese bites and the most tender skirt steak I have ever had. This is a wine lovers paradise, with over 140 different wines available, by the bottle, glass or ounce, there is no shortage of great pours. And you will almost always see George greeting guests, and suggesting his favorite pours.

Tip: Beat the Florida heat with a delightful Frozcato, made with moscato, vodka and dole whip pineapple.

Looking for a slice of NYC pizza? Look no further than Pizza Ponte located in The Landing. Here you will get a lot of bang for your buck as a single slice of pizza is big enough for two people. From the hand rolled dough, to the fresh made sauce, this might be the best pizza I have had outside NYC. If you aren't in the mood for pizza, grab a fresh Italian sandwich or a salad.

The best part is it's a fast casual dining experience, so if the kids are melting down, no big deal. The prices are good for a quick meal and you can be in and out in 30 minutes or less.

Long before there were Springs, there was Earl of Sandwich, a Disney ritual for many families as they can only get Earl in Walt Disney World. John Montagu invented the sandwich in 1762; his descendants perfected it! I never knew Earl of Sandwich offered breakfast until my last visit. They serve everything from breakfast burritos to a breakfast BLT, you can make it a meal with fresh fruit and a drink. If you are looking for more than a sandwich grab a made to order omelette. Looking for a late night bite, grab The Original with roast beef, cheddar and horseradish. You can't go wrong with Earl!

Tip: Seasonal Sandwiches make special appearances, my favorite is The Holiday. This sandwich is loaded with roast turkey, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce and mayo. Trust me, it's fantastic.

You cannot leave Disney Springs without a sweet treat from Ghirardelli Ice Cream Shop. Located next to the World of Disney it's a great way to cap off a day of shopping in Disney Springs. The world-famous chocolatier delivers  sundaes smothered with hot, house-made fudge as well as milkshakes and chocolate drinks. I always want to try something new, but tend to stick with the Original Hot Fudge Sundae, it's just that good! The sundaes are so large, they are perfect for sharing.

Tip: Go during the day when the crowds are lower, at night there is always a line out the door.

No matter if you are looking for a date night, family fun or a decadent dessert, Disney Springs has no lack of dining options for your next Walt Disney World vacation.
