Despite having given birth to three children, Kate Middleton continues to stun the world with her incredibly toned physique. And her "explosive" workout routine really gets the blood pumping.

A method hailed by celebrities across the world, the Duchess of Cambridge reportedly incorporates CrossFit into her weekly routines to increase her fitness, build muscle, and burn fat.

The functional workout technique emphasises explosive strength and endurance that burns a lot of calories due to its high-intensity approach.

BarBend estimates that a person can burn up to 15 calories per minute, with a 60-minute session burning 480 calories on average for a 180lb person.

BarBend's experts explained: "CrossFit is one of the most effective workouts for building muscle, burning fat, and toning your body, so it's no surprise to see that Kate Middleton is a huge fan.
