If you have an upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World and you or somebody you're traveling with has food allergies, sensitivities, or restrictions - make sure you know about the allergy-friendly menus.

Recently my husband and I traveled to Orlando and spent a full week at Walt Disney World. Prior to this vacation, I had only visited Magic Kingdom once.
We both have food restrictions (dairy for the both of us and egg for me) but since our first trip was so successful, we didn't see the point in planning every meal out.
Since it's just the two of us and we pack so many snacks, we've never ran into issues of starving in a theme park. If you have children or are traveling with a large group, planning ahead is probably best for you!
We ate at each of the parks multiple times, had dinner at Disney Springs twice, and enjoyed breakfast at the resort.
This is not a list of all the allergy-friendly menus, as there are over 100 out there! These are the menus that I personally ordered from or questioned about.
Always remember to tell your cast member about allergies and ask to see the allergy-friendly menu!
They will usually request the manager or chef to come out and walk you through it.
Sometimes they'll even use their magic to create an off-the-menu item.
Satu'li Canteen - Animal Kingdom
I love the build your own bowl concept! My favorite combo was the tofu, red and sweet potato hash with charred green onion vinaigrette.
Cosmic Ray's - Magic Kingdom
This is my go-to spot for crispy chicken nuggets. They're consistently perfect!
Both my husband and I can't get enough of these.
Kona Cafe at Disney's Polynesian Resort
The Tonga Toast was truly life changing. It was everything I never knew I needed!
Banana stuffed sourdough french toast, yes please.
I really wanted to try the allergy-friendly waffles shaped like Mickey, but there's always next time!
Pecos Bill's - Magic Kingdom
Y'all know I love my tacos, that didn't change just because I was on vacation.
We couldn't stay away from this place for long. I tried their tacos and their rice bowl (on different occasions) and they were both amazing.
They have an unlimited toppings bar, so that's nice too!
Rosie's All American - Hollywood Studios
Both my husband and I ordered the chicken strips here and they were good.
I prefer the crispy nuggets from MK, but these were great after a long day.
I'm sure the burger would have been tasty as well, but I wasn't in the burger mood.
Now for the places I didn't get a chance to try, but was able to snap a pic of their menu!
Pizzafari - Animal Kingdom
By the time we found this place, we already filled our pizza cravings with Blaze Pizza at Disney Springs.
I look forward to trying their pizza during our next visit though.
Garden Grill - Epcot
This restaurant has views of Living With The Land, which is super unique!
I'm not sure how likely it is that my husband and I would dine here alone, but with a group this might be a great dinner spot.
Tony's Town Square - Magic Kingdom
This restaurant is located almost immediately on your right as your enter the park.
Those entrees really excited me but we already had dinner plans.
This is definitely on my list to try next time we're at Disney World!
Columbia Harbour House - Magic Kingdom
If you're looking for seafood, this is your spot! I wasn't much in the mood for salmon during this rainy and windy day, but the ambiance and aromas were great for seafood lovers.
Pinocchio Village Haus - Magic Kingdom
This place was seriously so cute and I wish we could have had lunch here.
Unfortunately they were completely out of vegan (dairy-free) cheese so we moved on.
Plaza Ice Cream Parlor - Magic Kingdom
This little spot is located right off of Main Street USA, looking out at Cinderella's Castle. It's hard to read but they offer Tofutti and Rice Dream ice cream.
Gaston's Tavern - Magic Kingdom
I mentioned sometimes you'll be handed or walked through a binder rather than a menu.
Here's what that looks like! Using LeFou's Brew as the example, you'll see all the ingredients listed and then which allergens are present.
