As a prominent interior stylist and Belle magazine's style director-at-large, Steve Cordony has an impeccable eye for all things high-end design. He is known for his ability to blend classic design with contemporary styling, evidenced by the restoration and decoration of his historic 1877 homestead in central NSW, Rosedale Farm.
His inspiration comes from everywhere: historic European villas on the shores of Lake Como, an antique store in Sydney, the work of the world's best in interior design and architecture, a flowering tree on his country estate.
Since winning a place in the Belle Saab Young Interior Designer of the Year Awards back in 2006, Steve has become part of the DNA of Belle magazine. The list below has been extracted from his Chic Agenda, a regular feature in the magazine where he shares a curation of the things currently inspiring him.
