MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has spent up to $40 million on lawsuits and other initiatives centered on election fraud, according to a new report.

Lindell, a staunch ally of former President Donald Trump, said he has financed millions into lawsuits in an effort to get rid of electronic voting machines that he argues are defective, a new film on voting fraud schemes, and other endeavors to perpetuate his claims that the 2020 presidential election was riddled with fraud.

Lindell is set to host a two-day "Moment of Truth" summit on Aug. 20-21 in Missouri drawing hundreds of federal and state officials and organizations that have investigated election fraud claims over the past two years, the Guardian reported.

Among the attendees are local sheriffs, including former Graham County Sheriff Richard Mack, the founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, who have raised complaints of election fraud in their areas. Lindell said the summit is "a platform to get their voices heard."

A new movie on election fraud with former Fox News reporter Lara Logan that Lindell reportedly poured $1 million into is slated to debut at his summit as well.

Lindell has been a vocal booster of Trump's claims that the 2020 presidential election was stolen and has often talked of trying to overturn the results despite courts and election officials nationwide rejecting claims of widespread maleficence in the election. Earlier this year at a campaign event in Arizona, Lindell announced plans for a class-action lawsuit against "all voting machines."

Dominion Voting Systems, a target of Lindell's attacks, filed a lawsuit against him in February 2021, arguing he had "exploited" election fraud claims for his business, "marketing MyPillow to people who would tune in and attend rallies to hear Lindell tell the 'Big Lie' that Dominion had stolen the 2020 election." Lindell has countersued.
