British pop musician Ed Sheeran has announced the cancellation of one out of two concerts set to take place in Helsinki's Olympic stadium at 20-21 August. Sheeran will only perform on 20 August due to "unforeseen and unavoidable obstacles."

Sunday-ticketholders will be able to trade their ticket to ones for Saturday 20 August at Lippu.fi.

"Tickets will be available as long as supply lasts," Fullsteam Agency's chief operating officer Johannes Kinnunen told Yle, adding that not everyone will have the opportunity to exchange their ticket due to limited capacity.

Sheeran's last visit to Finland in July 2019 garnered a crowd of 108,000 people over two nights to Malmi Airport in Helsinki.
