Finland's President Sauli Niinistö is scheduled to address the UN Climate Change Conference in Glasgow, Scotland at about 5pm Finnish time.
The Finnish head of state is expected to speak about the importance of forestry in efforts to tackle the twin crises of climate change and biodiversity loss during his speech, as well as highlighting in particular the vital role forests play in Finland's economic and social development.
