A young model has revealed the daily struggles she faces as she maintains her luscious one-metre long mane.
The 22-year-old, who goes by the name The Aussie Rapunzel, shared a series of TikTok videos with her 690,000 followers demonstrating how her locks have a tendency to get in the way of everyday tasks.
The videos shed light on the reality of excessive hair lengths, such as how long strands of hair fall in food and get in the way when tying shoelaces.

In one video The Aussie Rapunzel shows how her blonde hair always need to be untucked after putting on a jumper, as the ends can be seen from the bottom.
The length of the hair also get in the way when tying her shoelaces and has a tendency to get caught in car doors.
She needs to be cautious when blowing out candles to ensure the hair doesn't touch the flame or wax.
Similarly to other women, her hair always attaches to lip gloss once applied and loose hair strands often fall into her food.
Since the publication dates, the videos have gone viral and received thousands of views.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia previously, she recommended using detangle brushes as they don't rip through the hair and applying hair oil regularly to avoid split ends.

'I use Argan or Moroccan oil and apply it through the ends of my hair,' she said.
'I then brush my hair for five to ten minutes to massage the scalp and make sure the oils are spread throughout my hair to hydrate and create shine.'
Not only will this stimulate hair growth and repair but it will also make your hair look shinier. © Provided by Daily MailLast year The Aussie Rapunzel spoke to Daily Mail Australia and shared how she maintains the incredible length
The Blonde Rapunzel's five tips for hair growth and health
1. Hair oils - The Blonde Rapunzel recommends using Argan or Moroccan oil and apply it through the ends of the hair
2. Haircare brushes - use de-tangling brushes that have small, bendy bristles to avoid split ends and breakage
3. Regular trims - trim hair every 4 months to keep it looking healthy or when the ends are looking thin and sparse
4. Stimulating hair growth - This can be as simple as brushing your hair from the roots to the ends or massaging the scalp with your fingertips
5. Conditioner - when showering, after applying the conditioner, put your hair up into a bun and leave the conditioner in for 5-10 minutes, then wash it out with cold water to protect the hair cuticles and create shine
In another TikTok video she applied the Pump Liquid Gold Growth Oil Treatment throughout her hair, which retails for $29 in Australia.
She said it takes 30 minutes to wash her hair and prefers to dry it naturally which often takes between three to four hours.
She admits her haircare is 'high maintenance' as she has to be 'gentle and patience' when brushing it and also implements heatless hair styling tactics found on social media.
'My hair is actually very heavy so it's hard to style but my go-to hairstyles are a slick back ponytail or recently I have been trying heat-less curls using a robe tie to curl my hair,' she said.
The trick involves wrapping damp hair around a thin robe tie and leaving it to set for a few hours to create the curl formation.
'The results are amazing and it is the only way I can get curls to hold all day.' Read more
