Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to the latest team news ahead of their game with Wolves on Sunday.
It's a very critical game for Ryan Mason's men as they look to hold on to any chance they have of qualifying for Europe through the league and trying to take any sort of success from this season after what has been an overall disappointing campaign in North London.
And to do that they will need all the men they can get. However, speaking in his press conference ahead of the game (via @AlasdairGold), Mason confirmed that left-back Ben Davies would be unavailable for selection, and even hinted that he could be out for the rest of the season "Just Ben Davies out. I'd be surprised if he's in contention for any of our remaining fixtures."
News which didn't really seem to annoy the fans when they discovered it, with some fans even hoping that his time away from the team carried on beyond just these next few games:
"Addition by subtraction."
"THIS DAY JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER"
"Let's hope he's played his last game for the club"
"So many players that need binning from this squad man."
"Doubtful for the Euros then.."
"Davies never playing for Spurs again"
Although given the way fans have treated him in the past, this shouldn't come as any major surprise.
