Gemma Collins took her fitness routine to the next level recently, by stripping off to chill her body in a -200F cryotherapy machine.
The former TOWIE star, 40, filmed her experience trying out the extreme fitness treatment on Instagram.
While standing in the below freezing temperatures for one minute, Gemma bravely decided to enter the chamber completely naked apart from socks and gloves to get the best results from the torturous temperatures.
While she danced from foot to foot, the TV personality sang along to Jason Derulo to distract her from the icy breeze after a gruelling workout.

So what exactly is cryotherapy and does it work? Here's what we know.
What is cryotherapy?
The cryotherapy machine is designed to target the body's natural metabolic systems to burn fat, boost weight loss, increase energy and reduce inflammation, a popular addition to many celebrities and athletes' workouts.

"It's also a great mood booster!"
Gemma admitted to her fans that she was using the machine to "burn fat," but does it actually work?
Maria continued to tell us: "The weight loss comes from boosting your metabolism during a session.
"The body burns energy whilst standing in the CryoCabin in the cold temperatures as you are fighting to stay warm. This is what causes the spike in your metabolism hence using this as part of your healthy lifestyle results in weight loss."
What happens during cryotherapy and is it safe?
As the LondonCryo website explains: "Cryotherapy is a dry, non-invasive process that lowers a person's skin temperature during a session of up to 180 seconds. The benefits of cryotherapy are triggered when you reach -110ºC or colder."
Medical News Today says cryotherapy is generally safe but encourage talking to a doctor before trying it out, incase it isn't suitable for you.
They advise: "Pregnant women, children, people with severe high blood pressure, and people with heart conditions should not try cryotherapy."
