Ryanair has announced that it will be adding extra flights to Portugal for Brits from May 17, following the news that the holiday hotspot is one of 12 green list countries.
That means anyone returning from Portugal to the UK will not be required to quarantine when they return - although you will still need to take a pre-departure test, and a PCR test on day two when you're back in the UK.
The budget airline has added 175,000 extra seats to its schedule to the likes of the Algarve, Lisbon and Porto for the summer holidays.
The airline says that to celebrate the green list, it has also released seats from just £19.99 on UK-Portugal flights for travel until the end of October 2021, which can be booked on ryanair.com although the deals are only available until midnight on May 9 (Sunday).

When we took a look, we could find fares under £30 each way in May and June, based on a return from London Stansted to Faro.
We also found fares under £35 each way for return flights in May and June for routes between Birmingham and Porto, Stansted to Lisbon and Porto and more.
British Airways is also increasing its Portugal schedule, with extra flights to be added for travel later this month, from London, Manchester, Newcastle and Edinburgh to Faro.
Portugal has already said it would welcome Brits back from May 17 if the UK lifted its restrictions. This is also the confirmed date when non-essential travel can restart for Brits.
Portugal hasn't confirmed entry requirements yet, but as UK holidaymakers make up a big part of its tourism market, it's likely you'll need to either show evidence of being vaccinated, or proof of a negative PCR test result.
