Jessica Simpson usually likes to share very glamorous photos to her Instagram page where she has on heavy makeup and her hair done just so to help promote her $1B clothing and accessories empire.

But on Wednesday the Public Affair singer stripped off the glam to give her 5.6M followers a look at her natural self as she was completely makeup free with her hair worn down in natural waves.

The Dukes Of Hazzard actress was wrinkle free even though she is 40, and she didn't seem to use a filter or Photoshop for the impressive portrait that won 50K likes in its first hour.

The former reality TV star of The Newlyweds fame was also beaming as she smiled away for the memorable moment.

The performer had not one wrinkle or blemish, not even a mild age spot on her face.

And on her Insta Stories she was seen with the sun on her face and some hair sweeping over an eye as she put her hoodie up and beamed yet again as she added 'Rise ad shine' in white over her image.

Rise and shine was popularized by Kyle Jenner in 2019 when she walked into Strormi's room to wake her up after a nap singing 'Rise and shine!'

The saying took off, became a meme and the billionaire makeup mogul tried to have it trademarked to use in clothing but then New Jersey businesswoman and single mother Cathy Beggan said she was the rightful owner of the trademark.

Simpson's selfie comes after DailyMail.com shared images of the red carpet fixture digging into cheese flavored Bugles Nacho chips and white powdered donuts on Monday.

She also recently shared that she got up to 260lbs when pregnant with her third child, Birdie Mae, who is now two. She is reportedly back to around 130lbs.

The star said on Drew Barrymore: 'I was much heavier than my husband who played in the NFL, so that pregnancy really did me in. I'm almost 5ft4in, 260 was real heavy for me.'

She also has daughter Maxwell, eight, and son Knute, seven, with husband Eric Johnson.

Drew also asked her about getting rid of her scale.

'When I would go into the doctor's office I would just stand on it backwards and say, "Don't tell me." I mean even though I had to work really hard to get the weight off, like I did it and I committed,' she told Barrymore.

'I have no idea how much I weigh. Like, I just want to feel good and be able to zip my pants up. If I don't, I have another size. I have every size. I've really tried my hardest to not let that define me,' the designer said as she promoted her personal essays for Amazon.

The crooner added she was feeling good about her body but was not on a strict diet.

She laughed as she said, 'Let me see, I ate a box of Milk Duds for breakfast and a chocolate donut but I will eat healthy for lunch... In life we don't have it all figured out.'

And she touched on trolls: 'A lot of the body shaming kept me down, I didn't feel comfortable in my own body,' she said. 'I didn't know what people were expecting me to look like.'

She said she felt as a child that God wanted her to use her voice. At first she thought that was singing and now she feels God wants her to use her voice to express her viewpoints: 'I think he wants me to talk about being easy on yourself.'

Jessica previously insisted she is 'open' about her imperfections.

She said: 'I am always open. I'm open about my insecurities and my flaws, and if I can help inspire anybody to feel better about themselves, that's why I'm here. I'm always out to empower women, empower people to feel better about themselves...'

Jessica also refuses to be too hard on herself.

She added: 'We all have our flaws. We all have made mistakes. Leading with those mistakes and owning those flaws, is a very humbling experience. It puts you out there where you have nothing to hide.

'There is so much life to live with clarity that is so much more impactful than to hide behind the darkness. I'm really just a normal, everyday girl that goes through the exact same things as everyone else. It's giving people courage themselves to open up.'
