Tristan Thompson has pursued legal action after Sydney Chase claimed she'd hooked up with the NBA star on a podcast.
Adam John Grandmaison, who hosts the No Jumper podcast told Page Six he'd deleted the original video upon receiving a cease-and-desist from Thompson's lawyer, Marty Singer.
"Yeah, we got a cease-and-desist and deleted it," Grandmaison said. "Honestly, I wouldn't have posted it in the first place if I knew it was going to mess up a relationship."

In the episode, Chase detailed an encounter with Thompson where she alleged he was single even though he was still involved Khloe Kardashian. The reality star reportedly reached out to Chase over her claims in the podcast in an Instagram DM.
The letter states Chase made "numerous false and defamatory statements" about Thompson.
"You recklessly allowed Ms. Chase to make outlandish false statements about my client on the podcast without seeking to verify her claims in any way," the letter read.
Singer also issued a cease-and-desist to Chase, which she reportedly hasn't replied to yet.

"It is obvious that you are a liar," the letter to Chase reads, per Page Six. "Your claim that you had a relationship with Mr. Thompson is pure fiction. The purported texts you claim exist are equally fictitious, and they put words in my client's mouth that he never said that are contrary to his thoughts and feelings. This is defamatory."
Chase told the outlet that she never received a cease-and-desist.
Kardashian and Thompson are no strangers to their share of cheating scandals. In 2018, Thompson hooked up with Lani Blair days before Kardashian welcomed their baby daughter True.
In early 2019, he was involved in a highly-publicised cheating scandal with Kylie Jenner's former best friend Jordyn Woods. Kardashian ended her three-year relationship with Thompson.
