Secret documents should be 'the final nail in the coffin' for the 'worst government' in Australia

Sky News host Peta Credlin says the publication of secret government reports into Victoria's most recent hotel quarantine failures, leading to the state's third lockdown should be "the final nail in the coffin" for Australia's "worst government".
"Victoria - and I don't say this lightly - is a state riddled with incompetence, cronyism, and cover-up," she said.
"Three lockdowns and three separate failed attempts at hotel quarantine, and as these secret reports published in The Australian newspaper show, hotel quarantine under the Andrews government remains an ongoing shambles.
"Remember this is Victoria. A state that killed 800 of its own last year and still hasn't learned the lessons, which should terrify us all, as we head into winter with many of the state's most vulnerable, its older citizens in particular, still unprotected."
