Ben Shephard marked is co-anchor and long time friend Kate Garraway's birthday on Tuesday (4 May) with a brilliant throwback photo of the pair looking very fresh faced.
They met back in the year 2000 and first began sharing a sofa on GMTV back in 2004, having continued to work together to this day, both joining GMB when it launched in 2014. So that's over 20 years of this brilliant double act.
By the looks of things this photo was taken closer to the start of their time as colleagues and friends...
Ben captioned the very noughties snap: "Not another birthday you've had so many!?! That said @kategarraway we haven't changed have we??? ?????? Sending loads of love hopefully we can get together properly soon. #happybirthday"
Fellow GMB star Charlotte Hawkins commented too, noting that they hadn't changed a bit, writing: "Ahh you both look the same!! (well almost ??). Happy Birthday @kategarraway! ??????"
We love seeing how far back their close friendship goes, and it seems the fans do too. With lots remembering watching the two at the time on GMTV.
