Australian shoppers are stock piling a new Aldi product after discovering the 'super delicious' but limited-stock item in the freezer section recently.

The $4 Greek style pastizzis have quickly become a favourite with regular shoppers at the store.

'These are amazing, but they are only being stocked for a limited time. I hope they decide to keep them on,' one woman said, posting pictures of the product alongside a sad emoji.

The poster said she put the snacks in her air fryer at 200C, for 15 minutes, turning them to brown them on each side.

Others agreed 15-20 minutes in the air fryer was optimal, but some chose to put oil or egg wash on the outside to make them brown better.

'These are so great, I will be sad to see them go too,' one woman said.

And the amount of attention the pastry snacks received appeared to make more people want to try them.

'These have has a write up or three recently so I must try them, they look delicious,' one person said.

'Tried this tonight on the basis of this recommendation. There's nowhere near as much filling as there is on the packet - but these are good and no complaints at this price point,' a man said.

But others were not sure why people love them so much.

'I had these for dinner but would like a lot more filling, not sure if I would buy them again,' one mum said.

Aldi's special buy groceries are just as popular as their special buys range of home goods, but come with the same catch - they are never stocked for long.

Recently shoppers went crazy for the cocktail in a box range - which hits the shelves of the German retailer once or twice a year.

Priced at a mere $19.99 per 2L box, customers can choose from the VOK pina colada cask or mojito cask.

The 'ready to serve' cocktails are best to enjoy over ice, and each box contains ten standard drinks.

The new cask cocktails will be available from April 21 in selected stores across New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia and the ACT while stocks last.

The mojito is a refreshing mix of white rum, Bickford's lime juice and mint flavour, while the pina colada is combines pineapple juice, coconut along with white rum.

The new buys were spotted on store shelved by customer Annette who shared an image of the products to the Aldi Mums Facebook group.

'Ladies guess what is back on the shelves at Aldi. Let's hope they are here to stay,' she wrote.

News of the relaunch quickly caught the attention of other shoppers online and the post was 'liked' by more than 1,000 people.

'We need to try this!' one woman wrote and tagged a friend.

'OMG wow! I have to buy these,' another said enthusiastically.

Unfortunately the popular products are not available in Queensland or South Australia due to liquor licensing limitations.
