Kate Ferdinand has spent some rare time away from her mum duties as she enjoyed a lunch date with her friends, four months after giving birth to son Cree.
Rio Ferdinand's wife Kate, 29, shared snaps of herself with her friends as she got dressed up to go for lunch with pals in Mayfair, London on Tuesday 27 April.
The former The Only Way Is Essex babe dined with friends at the swanky seafood restaurant Scott's and shared snaps of her day out on her Instagram story.
The first picture showed Kate, who recently shared the realities of being a mum, taking a selfie with her pals Claire and Lisa, with Kate wearing a matching coat to friend Claire along with a gorgeous camel-coloured ribbed jumper.

As she shared the glowing group selfie, she wrote: "Well overdue day out with the girls" followed by a brown heart emoji.
Kate highlighted how she and her friends clearly have the same style, as she wrote: "Two of us turned up in the same jacket , and two in the same glasses" followed by a laughing face emoji and palm on face emoji.
New mum Kate, who recently shared a sweet moment where baby Cree is seen laughing at his dad Rio doing push ups, then added a snap of gin and tonic cocktails the group enjoyed in the al fresco dining area surrounded by gorgeous yellow flowers.
She also posted another snap of the front of the restaurant, filled with more yellow flowers and chic outdoor tables and chairs.

Later Kate shared a snap of her chosen outfit, which comprised of a camel coloured turtle neck jumper, black trousers, along with a smart camel long-line coat.
She accessorised her look with a pair of large black sunglasses and a black and brown Fendi bag.
Kate's well-deserved outing comes after it was revealed she's feeling more positive about motherhood after finding her feet.
A source recently said of the new mum: "She's feeling more positive it's a lot to do with the great response she got from being so open about how she was feeling on social media.

As well as her son Cree, Kate is also step-mum to Rio's kids Lorenz, 14, Tate, 12, and Tia, nine.
Kate and Rio tied the knot in a stunning ceremony in Turkey in 2019. The couple began dating in 2017 following the tragic death of Rio's first wife Rebecca Ellison on 2015.
