The Duke and Duchess of Sussex may no longer be working royals, but they are still getting involved and helping out with charity work. As well their work through their own charity, the Archewell Foundation, Meghan and Harry are also getting stuck in to help the efforts for vaccine equity, so more people around the world can get access to Covid jabs.

The couple have been announced as campaign chairs of the Vax Live event, a concert which has been organised by anti-poverty group Global Citizen to try and encourage governments to help other countries which haven't been as fortunate being supplied with vaccines, and for businesses to sell Covid vaccines not-for-profit. 'We will all benefit, we will all be safer, when everyone, everywhere has equal access to the vaccine,' the pair said in a statement. 'We must pursue equitable vaccine distribution and, in that, restore faith in our common humanity. The mission couldn't be more critical or important.'

Who will perform at Vax Live?

Of course, Harry and Meghan aren't going to actually be performing at the concert. (Unless maybe they learn a musical number and surprise us?!) Popstar Selena Gomez will host and there will be performances from Jennifer Lopez, Foo Fighters and Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder. There will also be appearances from world leaders US president Joe Biden, his wife Jill and Vice-President Kamala Harris, along with French President Emmanuel Macron, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic.

When and where is Vax Live happening?

Vax Live is happening this Sunday in Los Angeles at the SoFi Stadium.

How can I watch Vax Live?

However, unfortunately we'll have to wait a bit longer to watch it - as it will be broadcast on May 8. In the UK, we will be able to watch the event on YouTube.

The next morning she went to Queen Elizabeth's bedroom to pray, and in farewell dropped her a final curtsey'

Definitely one for fans of The Crown and its various Princess Margarets. She made John Lennon blush and Marlon Brando clam up. She cold-shouldered Princess Diana and humiliated Elizabeth Taylor. Jack Nicholson offered her cocaine and Pablo Picasso lusted over her. To her friends Princess Margaret was witty and regal, to her enemies, she was rude and demanding. Ma'am Darling looks at her from many angles, creating a kaleidoscopic biography, and a witty meditation on fame and art, snobbery and deference, bohemia and high society.

The Diana Chronicles by Tina Brown

a close up of Diana, Princess of Wales: Best Books About The Royal Family © Credits: The Diana Chronicles by Tina BrownBest Books About The Royal Family

The original people's princess, Diana is the subject of many great books - this, by Tina Brown, is by someone who knew her personally and the world she inhabited.

The book explores, 'Diana's sexually charged mother, her subtly scheming grandmother, the stepmother she hated but eventually came to understand, and a terrifying trio of in-laws and relations: Fergie, the force of nature whose life was full of its own unacknowledged pathos; Princess Margaret, the fading glamour girl; the implacable Queen Mother and more formidable than all of them, her mother-in-law, the Queen, whose admiration Diana sought till the day she died. Add Camilla Parker-Bowles, the ultimate "other woman" into this combustible mix, and it's no wonder that Diana felt the need to break out of her royal cage into celebrity culture, where she found her own power and used it to devastating effect.'

So yes, quite a lot there.
