  • Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announced they're expecting their second child on Feb. 14.
  • In the couple's interview with Oprah, they shared the sex and general due date.
  • Meghan's second pregnancy has been easier than her first, according to a source.

Brits and Americans alike have been keeping a close eye on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry as her due date for the couple's second baby approaches.

The prince recently flew to the United Kingdom for the funeral of his grandfather, Prince Philip, but Meghan stayed behind in California. Her doctors did not give the Suits alum medical clearance to fly, a representative for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex told Insider.

But it's not just travel and due dates that's had people super interested in the famous couple. Meghan and Harry recently got the attention of the world with their Oprah tell-all interview. In it, Meghan opened up about her tumultuous months adjusting to life under the microscope of the British tabloids. And, just as fans hoped, she and Harry also spoke about the future and royal baby #2. The couple confirmed they're expecting a baby girl and a general due date.

Of course, the one question on everyone's mind is when exactly will Archie's little sister make her grand entrance into the world? (More on that in a sec.)

Here's what Harry and Meghan have shared about royal baby #2 so far:

Okay, so... when exactly is royal baby #2 due?

Fans were (understandably) excited when Meghan and Harry announced that they're expecting their second child on Valentine's Day 2021.

Meghan and Harry have kept quiet about a due date for their rainbow baby until now. Leave it to Oprah to get the intel. Meghan didn't share specifics, but she revealed her due date is in the summer.

It matches up with the high tea a source recently spilled to Us Weekly."Harry and Meghan have always wanted a couple of kids-a little brother or sister for Archie, and they're excitedly planning for the arrival of their bundle of joy," the source said."It's a dream come true...Meghan fell pregnant again toward the end of last year. The baby is due at the end of spring."

Doctors generally don't recommend flying after 36 weeks-some airlines don't allow it, either-so that could mean that Meghan is due really soon, possibly before the end of April. That said, it's unclear how much the COVID-19 pandemic factored into the physician's travel guidance for Meghan. It's likely that concerns about potential exposure to the virus were considered when making the decision.

Considering Archie was born on May 6, 2019, it seems like the royal siblings may have birthdays just a month or two apart. Awww!

And, despite having the funds to employ help in taking care of the kids, the Sussexes"aren't planning to hire a team of nannies," the source added, since Meghan's mom, Doria Ragland, also lives in California and is"always willing" to take care of the little ones."Doria loves being a grandma and looking after Archie," the source said.

What are Meghan and Harry having?

Meghan and Harry shared the sex of royal baby #2 with Oprah and millions watching, too. As soon as Harry join the interview, he revealed a baby girl is on the way.

Fans also suspected royal baby #2 would be a girl after another recent interview. The reason: Meghan was spotted wearing a pink sapphire ring on her middle finger during an appearance alongside Harry during Spotify's Stream On event.

The 6-carat ethically sourced ring is from Ecksand and, after the company posted about it on Instagram, fans hopped into the comments with their theories about the baby's sex."Now we know, it's a girl ??????," one person wrote."Could this be a clue about baby Sussex????!??" another said.

Meghan couldn't contain her excitement."To have a boy then a girl - what more can you ask for?" she told Oprah in the interview. Harry added,"Grateful, having any child, any one or a two would have been amazing, but to have a boy and then a girl... now we've got our family, and we've got four of us." And they're not planning on any more children,"Two is it."

How does Meghan's second pregnancy compare to her first?

Like her first pregnancy, Meghan is doing yoga on the regular. A source told Us Weekly that the expectant mama"does yoga every day" and sometimes twice a day."It's what keeps her healthy both physically and mentally during the pregnancy," the source said.

Meghan is also feeling good."This pregnancy has been a little easier than the last in terms of less morning sickness," the source said."Meghan is feeling much better this time around."

Does she have any pregnancy cravings?

Yup, but the actress is focused on eating as healthy as possible for herself and the baby."Meghan had been craving pasta, but she's been eating super clean and trying her best to avoid gluten," the Us Weekly source said. She's also been filling up on organic produce, with the source saying that she's"a big fruit eater and eats all organic only."
