Jennifer Breslow
Legendary Television is adding Netflix executive Jennifer Breslow to its team.
The independent studio has hired Breslow as executive vp television and digital media, reporting to head of Legendary TV Chris Albrecht. She'll be charged with helping grow Legendary's portfolio both across platforms and in markets around the world.
"Jennifer's proven track record of identifying, developing and creating world class storytelling for global audiences makes her the ideal candidate to join Legendary as we continue to scale our television and digital media footprint," said Albrecht. "We are excited to have her as a leader on the Legendary team."
Said Breslow, "I'm thrilled to join Legendary and their remarkable brand of escapist entertainment. It's an exciting opportunity to work at a company whose stellar library of IP has global appeal for audiences and talent. I look forward to working alongside my new colleagues and humbled to build on their efforts."
Breslow comes to Legendary from Netflix, where she worked on both international and domestic series. She joined the streamer in 2016 as director of content for international originals, working on such shows as Casa de Los Flores (Mexico), Suburra (Italy), Lupin (France) and India (Sacred Games). She transitioned to the company's domestic side in 2019, helping shepherd Firefly Lane and Fate: The Winx Saga.
Prior to Netflix, she was senior vp scripted series at A+E Networks. She also held posts at ABC, covering the Shondaland shows, and The CW. L
