"In the book I write about the impact of motherhood on my mental health .. I wanted to write this book . which at times had been so difficult . because there are so many of us fighting with this on a daily basis . yet too scared to talk about it out loud because we are mothers and we are supposed to breeze through every second!

"The truth is every mother . whoever you are . whatever you do . struggles to cope.

"I hope that by writing about my experiences, alongside my psychiatrist's, psychologist's and kid's paediatrician's expert advice and guidance, you start to feel less alone and less scared of talking about your mental health."

The singer continued: "We all need to let ourselves grow into motherhood and that involves accepting that you won't feel ok all the time and that doesn't make you a bad mum, it just makes you human.

"I hope GROW helps you let go of what kind of mother you think the world expects you to be and helps you to start to accept and love the mother you really are . #mentalhealth #grow."

Plenty of Frankie's famous pals were quick to congratulate her, with former bandmates Molly King and Rochelle Humes posting supportive comments.
