Netflix has released a new trailer for Amy Adams' "confusing" movie, The Woman in the Window.
The long-delayed film stars the Justice League actress as agoraphobic psychologist Dr Anna Fox, who thinks she witnesses her neighbour Jane Russell's (Julianne Moore) murder, only for the real Jane (Jennifer Jason Leigh) to be a different person altogether.
Spying on Jane's husband Alistair (Gary Oldman) and son Ethan (Fred Hechinger) following the disturbing incident, Anna tries to figure out the truth for herself, while also trying to stay sane.

Earlier this year, it was revealed The Woman in the Window would air on Netflix, and a premiere date of Friday, May 14 has now been confirmed.
The new trailer sees Fox being visited by the police following her 911 call and snooping on the family after the real Jane supposedly turns up unharmed.
It also features a brief snapshot of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier star Wyatt Russell as a character called David.

In the works since 2018 and based on AJ Finn's best-selling novel of the same name, the project faced a number of reshoots after initial test screenings of the film dubbed it "confusing".
The film faced additional delays due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Directed by Joe Wright, The Woman in the Window also stars Anthony Mackie and Eternals star Brian Tyree Henry.

Wright previously told Entertainment Weekly: "I'm very interested to see how people respond to the film and I can't wait for its release. What I hope people will take away from this is a sense that our own fears can incarcerate us.
"And this is a story about a woman who manages to overcome her own fears, and leave them behind her."
The Woman in the Window will be available to stream on Netflix from May 14.
