Forest Holidays is reopening its England parks from April 12 (Monday) including its brand new location in Delamere Forest, Cheshire - and there are some swanky cabins on offer for holidaymakers.

The new Delamere Forest site will offer a wide array of cabins including cosy hideaways for two, treehouses that can sleep up to 10 people, and some glamorous new White Willow Premium Cabins.

The premium cabins offer up heaps of luxurious features including a private deck with an outdoor hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen complete with a pizza oven, barbecue and even a drinks fridge. (On chillier evenings, the plush sofas in the living room and the log burner can be equally as tempting).

Oh, and you'll even receive a bottle of Prosecco and a welcome hamper on arrival!

There are two- and three-bedroom cabins available which can sleep up to six people, all boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious rooms and lush green surroundings that will leave you feeling like you really are in a remote woodland setting.

However, there are plenty of nearby facilities and amenities if you want them. For a start there's an on-site bar and eatery (although you can opt to order food and drinks direct to your cabin door), playgrounds for kids complete with a play kitchen, parkour ropes and wobble bridges, and dedicated woodland trails you can explore on foot, by bike or even on Segway.

(Of course there's Delamere Forest itself which has heaps more fun activities including a Go Ape treetop adventure).

Prices vary depending on the accommodation type that you choose. Four-night breaks in May in a Golden Oak cabin sleeping up to four start from £925.

When we took a look, there were mid-week breaks in August for four people in one of the Premium Cabins from £1475 (approx £92pp a night).

It's worth noting that from April 12 overnight stays in England will be allowed provided you are staying in self-contained accommodation, and also travelling with members of your own household or support bubble.

Forest Holidays' Welsh locations have already reopened as of March 29 with the same rules, in line with government guidance.

As for the brand's Scottish locations, these are currently due to reopen from April 26 when it's hoped that some lockdown restrictions in Scotland will begin to ease.
