Real Housewives of Potomac's Candiace Dillard has sold her Maryland townhouse for $799,000.

The 34-year-old Bravo beauty's four-story, 2,960 sq. feet home includes three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, according to TMZ, and is about 15 minutes away from Washington D.C.

The Biloxi, Mississippi-born reality star's abode, located in the Potomac Overlook Community at National Harbor, also features a two-car garage and adjacent driveway.

The living room of the home is situated next to a staircase, with wooden panel floors. 

The home's kitchen includes amenities such as an island and stainless steel appliances, as well as a breakfast nook.

Deluxe bedrooms in the home include ensuite bathrooms, decked out with marble tile floors.

Dillard subsequently said that she and husband Chris eventually began making the mortgage payments on the abode without any assistance.

Dillard said on the show's season five reunion that a she and her spouse purchased a $1 million home last year, noting 'My mother was generous enough to donate a rubber plant.'
