It may only be April, but Kate Hudson is already gearing up for summer, thanks to a new bikini from friend Sara Foster's swimwear line. In her latest Instagram post, the actress, 41, showed off her toned abs while rocking a light pink and blue bikini in two photos.
"?? My girl @sarafoster giving us some spring time cotton candy in a swim suit collection! Love it ?? Love you ??," the Fabletics co-founder captioned the post.
Kate's trainer, Nicole Winhoffer, commented,"Body on fleek", and Sarah Foster wrote,"???????? I love you," while stylist Rachel Zoe also left her tons of fire emojis, too.
To get her abs in such flame-worthy shape, Kate squeezes in three or four workouts a week, switching up her daily routine. She likes to do everything from virtual at-home workouts using The Mirror and her Peloton."I have the Peloton Tread, I just got it, and I love Peloton," Kate previously told Women's Health."I think they make it so easy to have'no excuse' workouts. [I can spend] 10 minutes doing a little mile run instead of just sitting there doing nothing."
And she also does a LOT of Pilates. Kate often gives Instagram shout outs to another one of her trainers, Nicole Stuart, who she's been working with for over 20 years."I've known her since I was 19 years old," the Truth Be Told star told WH.
On top of her Pilates practice, Kate began working out with trainer and creator of the NW Method Nicole Winhoffer after the actress welcomed daughter Rani in 2018.
Winhoffer told Parade,"For my sessions with Kate, I focused on attuning to her body and abs, as mothers go through ab separation post-pregnancy. The most important goal for the sessions was to allow her to move to music and feel her body and muscles."
And when it comes to diet, Kate is a big fan of intermittent fasting, and is also a WW ambassador and uses the WW point system. Around 11:00 or 11:30 a.m., she'll break her fast and start eating.
"I make beautiful meals that have no points, then I can indulge," she says."I'll do a whole day eating amazing ZeroPoint foods [like chicken and leafy greens], then I have wine and ice cream."
