Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's neighbours are moving out just months after the Duke and Duchess' arrival as prices of property spike in the area.
Harry, 36, and his 39 year old wife Meghan relocated to Montecito in California in June 2020 after stepping down as "senior" members of the Royal family.
But, unsurprisingly, since their arrival real estate sales in the area have spiked, and Meghan and Harry's locals have decided to bask in the opportunity by selling up.
A house within walking distance of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's house, which was formerly owned by actor Rob Lowe, has hit the market for a whopping $22.5million (£16,358,287).

The West Wing star Rob sold the home to billionaire Peter Sperling in 2005, receiving $25million (£18,175,875) for the sale.
According to Forbes, Coldwell Banker Luxury Property specialists have listed the seven bedroom and 13 bathroom house on the market.
The house also comes with approximately five and a half acres of space across the property, as well as adjoining land.

Real estate agent Timothy Di Prizito called the property: "An enchanting estate to inspire adventurers of all ages, this legacy property embodies the epitome of Montecito and Southern California."
It is believed the home is very similar to Harry and Meghan's, being designed to look like an English country manor house.
The property boasts traditional features throughout, including large open fireplaces and high ceilings.

It comes with two one-bedroom guesthouses separate from the property, as well as staff quarters, laundry areas, restrooms and a state-of-the-art gym.
A cinema room, an office, and a garage for up to eight vehicles can also been found on the property.
The home's master bedroom has its own private terrace, a bathroom with mirrored walls and a standalone tub, whilst another bathroom features a slab-marble shower.
