And it appears Rita Ora has enlisted the help of Rebel Wilson's personal trainer, Jono Castano to help her keep in shape while filming the Channel Seven reality show.
On Monday, the 30-year-old UK pop star uploaded a series of photos to Instagram following a grueling workout in Sydney.

'Can't feel my arms after the gym,' she wrote, before tagging the personal trainer to the stars to thank him.
Rita was dressed in an all-black ensemble which consisted of a black t-shirt repping the Sydney-based gym and a New York Yankees cap.
She showed off her natural complexion and appeared to be wearing lipgloss.

In the photo, Rita appeared to be sitting in the passenger side of a car while leaning back on the chair.
In a second photo shared by the I Will Never Let You Down hitmaker, Rita is seen looking directly at the camera while posing with her arms folded.
The post comes just days after the Sydney fitness guru posted a photo alongside the singer backstage at an event.

Jono seemed to be making a joke as she stood next to the Bang Bang singer, alongside his stylishly dressed wife, Amy.
'When I see sausage rolls backstage,' Jono captioned the post.
Rita looked glamorous in a strapless top, baggy pants and high heels. She styled her hair in braids for the performance.

Jono has become known in celebrity circles for his work with Rebel Wilson, who lost a great deal of weight last year.
In November, Jono revealed the secret to their workouts was making sure to laugh.
'I love a bit of banter. It makes the session more enjoyable when people bounce off one another,' he told news.com.au.

'You've got to enjoy coming to training. Most people don't enjoy getting shouted at, that's not what training is about. Rebel and I had a good laugh, so many laughs.'
Jono added that he believes in having treat days, saying: 'I'm all about balance.
'When people hear the word "diet" they get turned off and think they have to completely change their lifestyle. It's not about that.
'It's about enjoying your treats. You can still go out for drinks with your mates, as long as you're back on track the next day.'

Earlier this year, Jono appeared on Channel Seven's Sunrise, where he ran the hosts through Rebel's workout routine.
He first demonstrated weighted bicep curls, before moving on to shoulder presses.
The former soccer player-turned-weight loss expert explained that he uses both these exercises while training with Rebel.
