A remote Scottish island that spans 11 acres has gone on the market for £80,000 - the same price as a London garage.
Deer Island - or Eilean an Fheidh - on Loch Moidary, in the west Highlands, boasts no houses or amenities and is covered in a patch of native woodland.
Auctioneers have said that there there is 'zero chance of intrusion' on the uninhabited island that is around 45 miles from Fort William.
And the price tag has stunned many potential buyers as it is the same as a garage on the Shaftesbury Estate in Battersea, South London.

The island was owned by the Clanranald of Moidart dynasty for generations but it is not clear who is selling it when it goes under the hammer on March 26.
It neighbours Eilean Shona, owned by Vanessa Branson, the sister of billionaire Richard Branson, which is described as 'a car-free wilderness heaven' with a number of holiday cottages.
Future Auctions, which is handling the sale, said it was a 'rare opportunity' to own your own private Scottish island 'nestled in the stunning and tranquil Loch Moidart on the dramatic West Coast of Scotland'.

The listing said: 'The uninhabited island is located within an extremely popular sea loch certain to appeal to investors from all over the world.'
The island costs less than a garage on the Shaftesbury Estate in Battersea, South London.
It is also more affordable than a three-bedroom terraced house in Ardrossan, Ayrshire, on sale for £72,000; a two-bedroom traditional tenement flat in Paisley, Renfrewshire for £75,000; and a one-bedroom modern apartment in Parkhead, Glasgow for £80,000.
