Tom Cruise's Colorado estate is up for grabs!

The Telluride mansion is back on the market for $39.5 million.

The 320-acre property is located at the end of a gated mile-long driveway. It features 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms stretched across over 11,000 square-feet of interior space.

According to the listing at Sotheby's International Realty, the home was "custom-built for privacy, where unspoiled natural beauty, sweeping mountain vistas and outdoor recreation abound."

Per FOX News, it's enveloped by a national forest.

"Everybody knows who owns this property, but you can't see it from almost anywhere," listing agent Dan Dockray said of the secluded prime piece of real-estate.

Dockray and his colleague, Eric Lavey, noted that it's situated on an elevation that overlooks planes arriving at a nearby airport.

The action film star put his mark on the property as he spent several years designing and constructing the home.

The interior features wood-beamed ceilings, wood-beamed ceilings, wood-paneled walls, and stone fireplaces.

There are also plenty of features for those living an active lifestyle.

In addition to a sports court, there's also a dirt bike and snowmobile track, along with trails for hiking, snowshoeing, and all-terrain vehicles. And you can't forget the fitness center!

It's also conveniently located just a few minutes from the downtown area, which allows for world-class skiing and golf.

When it's time to relax, you'll be grateful that there's a spa on the property!

The "Mission Impossible" actor reportedly attempted to sell the property seven years ago for $59 million, but it was never publicly listed likely because he wasn't ready to sell, the agents noted.

While FOX notes a spokesperson didn't respond to a request for comment, the listing agent believes Cruise hasn't used the house in some time.

There's also a demand for properties in Telluride with buyers from major cities looking for a remote place amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

"People sat down during this lockdown and said 'What am i doing with my life? I want a better lifestyle,'" Dockray said.
