Taylor Swift took to the stage on Sunday night to perform a medley of hits off her latest albums Folklore and Evermore during the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards.

And the 31-year-old singer-songwriter delivered flawless vocals as she navigated in and out of a whimsical moss-covered cabin built amidst a stunning faux forrest setting.

Swift, resting atop the cabin's asymmetrical roof, commenced her highly anticipated performance with Folklore's lead single Cardigan.

Lighting effects created the illusion that the exterior of Taylor's cabin was being overtaken by a hypnotic swarm of fireflies, while pixie dust - featured in the song's music video - hovered over areas of the grass.

Swift uttered the poetic lyrics to Cardigan into the microphone, while rocking a vibrant pink lip shade and a generous amount of glitter on her eyelids.

The Grammy Award-winning artist wore her dirty blonde hair in a romantic braided bun and her bangs were slightly bumped under to frame her heart-shaped face.

As the camera zoomed out, audiences at home got a full glimpse of Taylor's breathtaking stage costume, which was a floor-length chiffon dress with glistening gold accents throughout its floral pattern.

Swift rose from her original laying position and performed the remainder of Cardigan seated atop the cabin's roof, before slowly making her way down and off it.

Switching to the next hit in her medley, titled August, audiences at home were taken inside of Swift's warm and cozy abode, where she was joined on stage for the first time EVER by her Folklore and Evermore collaborators Jack Antonoff and Aaron Dessner.

The cabin's interior was full decorated to create a lived-in feel, with various knick knacks on shelves, gas lamps creating a warm atmosphere, and the iconic desk featured in Swift's Folklore music video.

Windows resting behind Swift, Antonoff, and Dessner allowed a glimpse of the stunning faux forrest located just steps away from them, creating an overall sense of depth to the setting.

Taylor performed August with an acoustic guitar in hand, while her collaborators strummed on guitars of their own.

The camera zoomed out several times to show the trio performing from within the confines of their fully-functioning cabin as the exterior remained active with buzzing fireflies and a moody sky.

For the final song of her infectious medley, Taylor belted out the lyrics to the lead single off Evermore, titled Willow, which was released in December.

The trio ventured outside of the moss-covered cabin and onto the grass that dominated the massive stage.

The Mean singer, clearly having a blast, grabbed onto her dress and twirled numerous times as pixie dust rose from the ground into the air and the sky-scape opened up to reveal the sun.

When Taylor was not on stage delivering a memorable performance for her devout fanbase, she was seated outside in the audience as the socially-distanced ceremony went underway at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Extensive precautions were made amid the COVID-19 pandemic after the event, normally held at LA's famed Staples Center, was delayed from its original date of January 31 and pandemic protocols had to be put in place.

Grammys executive producer Ben Wilson told Variety on Monday, March 8: 'The performers and nominees are each other's audience, so it's a room of incredible musicians, all safely distanced from each other, and every 45 minutes a new four groups come in and the [previous] four go out.'

Co-executive producer Raj Kapoor told Variety: 'One of our mandates was that [performers] have to come to us and be part of our team and film in L.A.

'We're not interested in doing a show that is disconnected. There's a physical presence to it, of people performing live for the camera and being in a single location. Other shows may have used music videos and virtual reality and stuff, but ours is actually based in Los Angeles, where we usually celebrate the Grammys.

Daily Show host Trevor Noah is hosting the event for the first time, while Beyonce leads all nominees as she is up for nine awards at the ceremony.

Songs and albums released between Sept. 1, 2019 and Aug. 31, 2020 were eligible for nominations this year
