Bolling, 58, has not decided where he will run in his adopted home state but is considering a run for office, according to Politico.
CALLS FOR UNITY IN BIDEN'S JOINT ADDRESS COULD BRING BOOS FROM REPUBLICANS
Bolling could potentially face off against GOP Rep. Tom Rice, who voted to impeach former President Donald Trump, or GOP Rep. Nancy Mace.
"I absolutely love living in South Carolina and taking time to listen to voters (and viewers), and what I hear is total frustration with President Biden's aggressive progressive agenda," Biden told Politico, without confirming or denying the report. "South Carolina is conservative, and South Carolinians deserve conservative representation in D.C."
Trump remains popular in the Palmetto State, and he and Bolling have been friends for several years. Bolling has interviewed Trump more than half a dozen times.
Rice has already drawn several primary opponents since voting to impeach Trump, and Mace has drawn criticism from Trump supporters after saying the president "put lives at risk" with his rhetoric leading up to the Jan. 6 riot on Capitol Hill.
