There are several Pokémon for you to consider using in Pokémon Go, especially if you want to compete in any of the challenging Battle League competitions. A reliable Pokémon that qualifies for the Master League is Magnezone, it's the final evolved form of Magnemite and Magneton. You can evolve your Magneton into Magnezone if you have a magnetic lure available at a Poké Stop. It's a strong Pokémon. While its stats make it a good choice to use in this competition, it also has to have a good moveset. If its missing a poor moveset, you're better off not using it, as it can fail to perform in this league.

Magnezone is an Electric and Steel-type Pokémon. It's weak against Fighting, Fire, and Ground-type moves, but it is resistant against Bug, Dragon, Electric, Fairy, Flying, Grass, Ice, Normal, Poison, Psychic, Rock, and Steel-type attacks. As you might notice, Magnezone is resistant to over half of the type-attacks in Pokémon Go, making it a difficult opponent to battle against if you don't have a Pokémon capable of hitting it in one of its three weaknesses. It's a huge advantage for Magnezone in the Master League.

For PvP, Magnezone has a maximum CP of 3,205, an attack of 199, a defense of 173, and a stamina of 147. When you consider how little health Magnezone has, it's a little bit of a risky choice. Despite being resistant to 12 different attack types, it can go down pretty quickly.

You want to form a team making sure to tackle any Fighting, Fire, or Ground-type Pokémon. Unfortunately, several Pokémon at the top of the Master League meta are these types or have these moves in their best movesets, so any of them can take on Magnezone with a few hits. That doesn't mean it's a bad choice. Magnezone may not hit the top of the Master League charts, but it can compete with some of the regular Master League competitors.

When you use Magnezone in the PvE raids, it has an attack of 238, a defense of 205, and a stamina of 172. It's a robust Pokémon that you can use in a variety of situations. It's capable of battling against several legendary Pokémon that appear in five-star raids, and it's more than ready to fight in any of the three-star raids. If you don't use Magnezone in PvP, it's a worthwhile PvE raiding Pokémon.

We believe Magnezone is a good Pokémon to add to your collection. It's useful in PvP with the correct team, and it's also good against numerous raid Pokémon. Magnezone is a bit more flexible in raids than it is in PvP.
