The Alley Flash Stats

• Rarity - 4 Star
• Base ATK - 44
• Secondary Stat - Elemental Mastery
• Secondary Stat Value - 12% (24% at Refinitement Level 5)
• Itinerant Hero - This weapon increases the damage dealt by the character equipped with it by 12%. This buff is lost for 5 seconds if the character takes damage.
