Bethenny Frankel slammed Meghan Markle as a 'fairly unknown actress' in a tweet Sunday morning ahead of the Duchess of Sussex's bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey tonight.

Holding hands, Prince Harry and Meghan have been seen in teasers for the interview sitting opposite of Oprah while she questioned them in a lush garden setting.

But just hours before the explosive conversation is to be aired, Frankel shared a few words about Markle

'Cry me a river...the plight of being a game show host, fairly unknown actress, to suffering in a palace, w tiaras & 7 figure weddings for TWO WHOLE YEARS to being a household name w @Oprah on speed dial, fetching 7 m for interviews, hundreds of millions in media deals,' the former Real Housewives of New York star tweeted.

Frankel was referring to Meghan's time as a briefcase model on the TV game show Deal or No Deal and her role as Rachel Zane on the USA legal drama Suits.

Also included in Frankel's tweet were headlines from publications, including the DailyMail's, that claim Meghan and staffers at Buckingham Palace clashed because they didn't approve of her celebrity past.

Frankel tweeted other headlines that claimed some palace staff are only giving her marriage three to five years before Meghan and Harry split.

In a follow-up tweet, Frankel said she gives Harry 'a break' on the ordeal.

'I [100%] give Harry a break. This isn't the way to generate less press & cannot be filed under the guise of wanting privacy to prevent a repeat of previous events,' Frankel tweeted.

On Saturday, Frankel also tweeted: 'Not since @MonicaLewinsky interview, have people been obsessed with a young female interview like this.'

Her remarks come as people from across the world wait patiently to hear from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as the speak candidly with TV mogul Oprah.

CBS is still set to broadcast the full two-hour chat on Sunday night while in the United Kingdom the special will air on ITV Monday.

Palace officials have said that The Queen will 'ignore' the interview and will not be watching.

The conversation with Oprah has been branded a 'circus' by royal courtiers while others say it's poor timing due to Harry's grandfather Prince Philip still recovering from heart surgery.
