Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos enjoyed the Ibrox celebrations as his side went to within a point of the Premiership crown.

And he even braved some errant fireworks to meet jubilant fans again after the match against St Mirren that could yet turn out to be a title-clincher.

Crowds gathered at the stadium from the morning of the clash despite lockdown restrictions with some setting off smoke bombs and flares.

The entire Rangers team made a beeline to an opening off the park to meet supporters from a distance as the final whistle went in their 3-0 victory over the Paisley side.

But while the rest of the team were happy to then live it up in the dressing room, a video has emerged of the Colombian striker coming out for an incredible encore.

In the clip Morelos is seen returning on his own at the very same corner of Ibrox with fans still waiting.

Fireworks are seen exploding around the number 20 as he approaches the crowd with arms outstretched.

Morelos also threw up both hands with 10 fingers on display - a gesture that previously referred to Celtic's quest for 10 In A Row.

However Morelos seems to have co-opted the signal as his own as he also used it in a celebration after scoring his side's second goal.

His finish from a tight angle added to Rangers' lead against Saints just two minutes after Ryan Kent had opened the scoring in the first half.

Ianis Hagi then added a killer third just second after the second half began as Jim Goodwin's side proved no match for the champions-elect.
