Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish has been a big talking point among fans over the last few weeks, with the forward missing the last three Premier League games due to injury.
News of the problem was first mentioned by a Twitter account dedicated to providing updates on the status of players to Fantasy Football competitors, ahead of the 2-1 defeat to Leicester City at the end of last month.
Villa have had a mixed time without their captain, losing two and winning one of the three games, and suffered a disappointing 1-0 defeat against bottom-of-the-table Sheffield United in their last outing.
It now seems that Dean Smith's team will be without their skipper for a fourth game in a row when they host midlands rivals Wolves at Villa Park on Saturday afternoon.

There will be hope that Grealish can make his way back for the following game against Newcastle United in a week's time.
Here's everything that has been said about Grealish's injury...
When is he due back?
It is unknown for sure when the Villa captain will be back in action, it has however been confirmed that he will miss Saturday's Premier League clash against Wolves.
The latest from Smith
The most recent time Smith spoke about Grealish's injury was at a press conference on Friday.
"Jack's unlikely to feature on Saturday," Smith told BirminghamLive. "I haven't sat down with the medical staff yet but he was running on the AlterG (anti-gravity treadmill) yesterday, which is a positive because if he's running it means he's pain-free.
"But he didn't get out onto the grass yesterday, so he's unlikely to play against Wolves. But, it's a positive he's out running now.
"I haven't sat down with the medical staff. I'll do that after the press conference."
What Grealish has said
Grealish took to social media on Sunday night to address his injury for the first time.
Writing on photo-sharing platform Instagram, he wrote "Missing it" accompanied with a picture of him in action.
How the fans have reacted
One fan said: "It's obviously bad Grealish is out again but that second half against Leicester proved that when we play with intensity we are a very good team without him."
"'A period of rest' doesn't fill me with confidence," added another.
"If he plays next week I'd be amazed, never mind midweek," said a third supporter. "Hopefully they have come up with a plan on how to play without him."
A fourth fan added: "You know who isn't pain free? Me. Pain."
