Liverpool are likely to welcome Alisson, Fabinho and Diogo Jota back to the matchday squad for Thursday evening's visit of Chelsea.
All three were involved in training on Tuesday as the Reds stepped up preparations for the visit of Thomas Tuchel's side, who will come to Anfield just one point and one place above their hosts in the table.
Alisson missed Liverpool's trip to Sheffield United on Sunday evening after being granted compassionate leave following the tragic death of his father in a drowning accident, with replacement Adrian keeping a clean sheet in the 2-0 win.
Fabinho has only played once for the Reds in the last five-and-a-half weeks after picking up a muscle injury, but he looks set to return to the heart of defence after Nat Phillips and Ozan Kabak started at Bramall Lane.
Jota had been set to return to the squad last weekend after being sidelined since early December with a knee problem, only for an illness to keep him out of the game.

Jurgen Klopp suggested that all three players would return when speaking after the win over the Blades.
"Alisson and Fabinho, I'm pretty sure [will be available]," he said.
"With Diogo, he was with us in the hotel, but he got sick overnight and we had to send him home. It depends how quick he will recover, obviously.
"He was in the squad and as I said before, he trained with the team and it all looked really good but unfortunately he got sick overnight. I think he will be available, but I don't know."
