Aston Villa defender Matty Cash has given a positive update to supporters as the defender continues his comeback from a hamstring injury.
The defender picked up a hamstring injury in the clash against Brighton last month and has yet to return to action.
But posting on Twitter on Monday night, Cash posted a picture of him in training with the words 'back soon'.
And Villa fans were quick to respond as they await the return of the right-back who has been a huge hit since joining from Nottingham Forest before the start of the season.
We took a look on Twitter to see what supporters had to say.
Shaun Henderson: "Must admit one of my favourite signings this season and just completed our fab backline. Hurry back Cashy."
Jay: "Missed your high standards Cashy."
Catrin: "Can't wait to see you back."
Peter Wall: "Brilliant news young Mr Cash."
CJ2: "Great news."
Solihull Messi: "Best RB in the league."
Luke: "Yesssss Cashy lad."
Jacob: "King."
Cash has won rave reviews for his performances this season most notably when he played against Arsenal leading legendary centre-back Tony Adams to praise him for his display.
"Look at Villa, the right-back Matty Cash the other night. Wow. Slough boy. Dagenham & Redbridge. He's gone to Nottingham Forest. What a player. He's 23.
"[Pierre-Emerick] Aubameyang was in his pocket. Athletic, strong, what a great player. I thought that was a fantastic right-back performance and I would have loved him in an Arsenal shirt."
