Robert and Bindi Irwin regularly thrill fans when they share sweet pictures of themselves with their late Wildlife Warrior father, Steve Irwin.

And on Tuesday, Robert shared another picture of himself from his childhood, showing him as a toddler and sticking his tongue out alongside his father.

'Love you, Dad,' the post was captioned, which was uploaded one day after what would have been Steve's 59th birthday.

In the throwback image, Steve is seen in his Australia Zoo uniform hugging Robert, who appears to be wearing a baseball uniform.

Ever so cheeky, Robert can be seen smiling and sticking out his tongue like his dad.

Steve died on September four, 2006, after being pierced in the chest by a stingray barb while filming a documentary in the Batt Reef in Queensland.

Robert also posted an older photo, which was taken in 2005 or 2006, of himself as a toddler holding on to the handles while Steve sat on the bike.

Both photos were taken on the grounds of Australia Zoo.

In the caption, Robert said he had 'so many memories of dad's old motorbike'.

'I have so many memories of dad's old motorbike - hanging on to the front with Bindi as we'd ride around the zoo with dad,' he wrote.

'And now after being in the shed for a few years, it's all fixed up and running again. It's so special to be riding it after all this time!'

The post received more than 326,000 likes, and one fan remarked underneath: 'How amazing. I love, love, love this!'

Steve would have turned 59 on Monday.

That same day, the Irwin family announced that they have relaunched their YouTube channel.

'This has been a long time coming and we thought that today, on Dad's birthday, would be the perfect time to reveal this exciting new chapter,' award-winning nature photographer Robert announced.

'From never before seen footage of our dad, to the most behind the scenes look into our family adventures ever, and also exclusive content showcasing our conservation work,' he added.
