A Place in the Sun: Danni Menzies advises homebuyer on pool

Danni Menzies has presented as part of A Place In The Sun for five years having first joined the show in 2016. While travel restrictions have meant filming of the show could not continue at this time, Danni has since announced a new IGTV series on her Instagram as she shows off the landscapes of Scotland.

In a post to her 66,300 followers, Danni shared the start of a new series on her Instagram.
She wrote: "Scotland: On My Door Step.
"Here's the first drop of a mini IGTV series I've done showing the beauty and fun that I'm lucky enough to have on my doorstep here in Scotland!
"This ep is inspired by the 'freezin f**nies!' Featuring my favourite frozen f***y, my Aunty @jriddell1992 What do you think?!"

Fans of the A Place In The Sun presenter took to the comments of the post as they spoke of how cold Danni must have been filming the episode.
One fan wrote: "Looks FREEZING... but beautiful."
Another joked: "Brilliant, rather you than me, think the name is superb."
A third added: "Think I got brain freeze from watching this.

A fourth went on to encourage the presenter to launch her own TV series.
They wrote: "Wouldn't it be good if you did a t.v. series of you little snippets put together."(sic)
The IGTV series comes as filming for A Place In The Sun was put on hold amid the UK's third national lockdown.

Danni was able to film for the show late last year as travel restrictions eased.
She finished filming in November of last year as the UK went into its second lockdown.
In January, Danni revealed she had made the decision to move back with her parents in Scotland.
At the time she spoke of how it has been the longest she has spent with her family since she was a teenager.
Writing on Instagram, she explained: "Such a beautiful day today, the kind that makes you forget everything else and just be happy to be alive.
"This is the longest I've spent at home since I was 15!!
"Living with my rents at 33 is something I never thought I'd say, however, I'm very happy to be here right now."
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays on Channel 4 from 3pm.
