A 'renowned' Gwynedd tourism attraction has gone on the market with the owner wanting to retire after nearly 30 years.
Kings Arthur's Labyrinth has been run by Ian Rutherford since 1993 - alongside Corris Mine Explorers and craft centre.
He is now ready to retire and has put the complex near Machynlleth up for sale for £700,000 with Avison Young.

Richard Baldwin, director, hotels and leisure at Avison Young, said it's a rare chance to buy a highly successful tourism attraction.
He said: "The owner has built the business up over 28 years and now wants to take a well earned break.

"It's a well run site and renowned in the area.
"Very few tourism attractions come to market and we are expecting good interest in the site."

The principal attraction is a unique underground boat and walking tour retelling the early Welsh legends of King Arthur through in an extensive labyrinth of former slate mine workings.
This is complemented by a vibrant artisan craft centre, public café and shop.
The site is on a previous quarry that was the subject of a significant Land Reclamation Scheme in the 1980s.
Planning was granted in October 2020 for the creation of a touring caravan site for 11 touring units together with the siting of a toilet block and landscaping.
